Dalum 'Craft' CO₂ Recovery Unit
Capacity: 15 kg/h
Dalum CO₂ Recovery Plant – Model Craft
This Dalum CO₂ recovery plant, model Craft, has a theoretical compressor displacement of 15 kg/h, making it an excellent fit for breweries with an annual production of 15,000 to 25,000 hl. It offers a compact, energy-efficient solution for sustainable CO₂ capture and reuse, helping breweries reduce their carbon footprint and lower costs associated with purchased CO₂.
The unit was previously in operation at Camba, a renowned craft brewery in relation to BrauKon in Bavaria. As Camba scaled up production, the plant was replaced with a larger-capacity model to meet increased demand. Since commissioning in early 2023, it has recovered over 100 tonnes of CO₂ with consistent performance and reliability.
The plant has completed all scheduled servicing and will be delivered fully serviced, thoroughly inspected, and in excellent condition and ready for immediate integration into your production process.
